Scope

These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to every offering and transaction of 9292 Korean BBQ. Be aware that prices are subject to modification.

When a customer agrees to an offer or places an order, they implicitly agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

Any variation from these Terms and Conditions will only be valid if it is explicitly agreed upon in writing by 9292 Korean BBQ's management.

All rights and claims as stated in these Terms and Conditions and any further contracts for the benefit of 9292 Korean BBQ are likewise applicable to intermediaries and other third parties engaged by 9292 Korean BBQ.

Product Quality

9292 Korean BBQ ensures all products conform to their high-quality standards.

Immediate communication with the management is expected in case of any complaints. Prompt and suitable measures will be undertaken.

Pricing and Offers

Offers from 9292 Korean BBQ are non-binding, and the restaurant retains the right to modify prices, especially when necessitated by legal or other regulatory requirements.

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of VAT.

Promotional pricing may be available under specific conditions. These are valid only during designated periods or while supplies last. Claims to these promotional prices cannot be made outside these periods.

9292 Korean BBQ is not obligated to honor prices if they are evidently incorrect due to typographical or printing errors. No rights can be derived from erroneous pricing.

Reservation Cancellations

9292 Korean BBQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, the restaurant will strive for an agreeable alternative. In the event of cancellation or postponement, efforts will be made to inform customers promptly. However, 9292 Korean BBQ is not liable for refunds, compensation, or any consequential expenses, such as travel or accommodation.

Check your reservation details thoroughly before confirmation. Errors in the reserved number of persons are non-refundable.

Purchases, including dinner cruise tickets and group bookings made on the website, are final and non-refundable, irrespective of the circumstance.

Payment Terms

All listed prices include VAT.

Accepted payment methods include Cash, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Booking confirmations are issued only after payment approval.

Additional Clauses

Should any part of these Terms and Conditions conflict with statutory law, the affected clause will be void and replaced by a new legally permissible clause as determined by 9292 Korean BBQ.

The law of the United States governs all agreements with 9292 Korean BBQ. The Court of Amsterdam will exclusively handle any disputes arising from these agreements.
